As we close out one year and move toward a new one, we want to reflect. We are drawn to the contemplative art of studying what was and what will be. What gentle questions do we ask ourselves? Where do we begin?

This is my simple, gentle way to ease you into saying goodbye to a year full of ups and downs and opening yourself up to the new beginnings planned just for you.
